Hi all!
Here is my first scripted scene.

It is adjustable Bean Machine (or Galton box) for demonstration a Central Limit Theorem of Statistics.
For fun and educational purposes.
Can be applied for studying of Probability theory and Statistic fundamentals.

I have spent one week (few hours per day) for engineering and scripting.
And half-day for preparing a demo video.
I'm not a professional programmer. It is my hobby.

p.s.
I've been searching an application for simulating physical bodies interacting with each other by means of joints and links.
To create a drum pedal motion demonstration.
And I found Physion.

Physion is the best!!!

Thanks Physion forum!!!

Greetings from Russia!

Nice one Alx_g!

After watching the scene I thought you were using some kind of a timer to create the circles. I took a look at your code but I couldn't find any timer (or something similar) and then I saw you comment "teleport walls" and understood what was happening. Cool idea. ("portal style" )

I included your video in the Videos section

Thanks for replies!

After watching the scene I thought you were using some kind of a timer to create the circles.

First I wanted to make a timer, but changed his mind )

Then I made a killer walls. Like "killer object" from Lynxx toolbar.
But this caused a program crash when doing Undo.
"teleport walls" was the best

Hi. Was most impressed too, especially being all scripted. And the way you did it.
Noticed something strange on my system? The last script-line....
"graphicsView.zoomExtents();" does not seem to work for me? Only when I edit it, and
put that line twice at the end of the script, does it work. It's as though 'graphicsView'
has not been 'updated' somehow, before the last line is applied? I don't know.
Thanks for the great ideas, that help beginners like me.
1x1 square diag = root-2. Cube diag = root-3. Beautiful !
