Physion

Someone uploaded a scene which can't be downloaded by Physion:



I guess the Name was something like "Sinnloses Gerät" (<- with German Umlaut) which means "pointless machine", well atleast the name isnt pointless.

Either special chars should be disabled or filename-handling of the client<->serverprotokoll be improved to handle such special cases (with uu-encoding for example).

Edit:

Addition: Physion can't load the Scene when manually downloading the scene-file, not even the thumbnail will be displayed.

At first glance I thought this wasn't such a big deal but apparently this special character caused uploads (from within Physion) to fail. I'll have to take a look at the python/django source code that handles the uploads. For the moment I simply replaced "Sinnloses Gerät" with "Sinnloses Gerat" and re-uploaded the scene.

Lot's of new Scenes can't be downloaded by Physion, like:
BASANTA'S HELICOPTER

Apostroph/Single-Quotation-Char -> ' <- causes this problems.

Some scenes can't even be downloaded using the Forum, like
????? 1.scene
because ? isn't converted to %3F.

This will work -> %3f%3f%3f%3f%3f%201.scene
